Alnicia Paradise

Alnicia Paradise, M.A., PHR, currently serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Poshmark, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Lead DEI Strategist and Program Manager at Equitable, where strategic guidance was provided to executive leadership on talent and performance management. Alnicia has also held roles at NTT DATA Consulting, Inc., and Kforce Inc., focusing on talent acquisition and diverse hiring practices. Early career experiences involve underwriting life and disability insurance at MetLife and coordinating recruitment at the University of South Florida. Alnicia holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, both from the University of South Florida.
