Scott Leserman

Scott Leserman has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Scott is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition / Executive Recruiter at PosiGen, where they are responsible for building a data-driven, scalable talent acquisition function. In their first year, they successfully grew the TA team, rebuilt vendor partnerships, increased proactive outreach, and hired approximately 500 new employees. Prior to this, Scott worked as the Director of Client Recruitment Strategy at Recruitics. Scott has also held various talent acquisition roles at Hartford HealthCare, Robert Half Technology, Target, and different universities.

Scott Leserman holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Vassar College. Scott also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they have obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
