Janeka Handford is a seasoned professional in technical operations with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Technical Operations at Posit PBC since January 2020, Janeka specializes in the design, integration, and maintenance of systems such as Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite, while effectively communicating with stakeholders. As a Co-Founder of HandfordHacks and former Manager of Technical Operations at Premier Inc., Janeka has successfully guided teams in utilizing technologies like Docker and has streamlined processes to enhance development operations. With a solid technical foundation established as a Senior Engineer and Senior Interface Engineer, Janeka possesses in-depth knowledge of relational databases including SQL Server and excels in problem-solving and application support. Janeka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University.
