Malika Amoruso

Malika Amoruso has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Digital Marketing and User Experience Specialist at Synaptiq, where they currently work. Malika also served as a Marketing & Publicity Intern at The University of North Carolina Press. Before that, Malika held two positions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, working as a Research Assistant for the Jane Austen's Desk project and as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Swanstrom Lab. Malika also took on the role of Technical Director at Jane Austen & Co. Additionally, Malika worked as a Private Tutor and gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Swanstrom Lab and as a High School Research Assistant at the Weerapana Lab at Boston College.

Malika Amoruso completed their high school education with high honors at Sacred Heart Greenwich. Malika received their high school diploma in the year 2020. Starting in 2020 and expected to finish in 2024, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At UNC Chapel Hill, they are studying both English and Comparative Literature as well as Biology, with a general focus in the latter field.
