Jaime Ruchman started working as a Business Development professional at Live Nation Entertainment in March 2013 and stayed there until August 2013. Later in September 2013, they joined Positive Grid as the Marketing Director, where they are currently employed.

Jaime Ruchman completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Global Entertainment & Music Business from Berklee College of Music, spanning from 2012 to 2013.
