Michael Kenney Ph.D. LCSW is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in psychotherapy and education. Currently serving as a Licensed Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counselor at Positive Impact Health Centers since March 2019, Michael has previously held positions including Outpatient Psychotherapist at Highland Rivers Health and Psychotherapist at Catholic Charities. Michael's academic background includes an Assistant Professor role at Kennesaw State University and various adjunct faculty positions across multiple institutions, including Loyola University Chicago and St. Augustine College. Michael earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago.
