Dr. Norma Tirado-Kellenberger

Dr. Norma Tirado-Kellenberger is the Founder and President of NTK Executive Coaching & Leadership Training since May 2023 and serves as a Positive Intelligence and Mental Fitness Coach with Positive Intelligence as of December 2023. With extensive experience in executive roles, Dr. Tirado-Kellenberger was the Vice President of Culture and Associate Experience at Centura Health from September 2022 to May 2023 and Senior Vice President of Team Member Experience and Talent Development at Spectrum Health from June 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included culture transformation and change management. Additional roles include Senior Vice President of HR, Transformation, Talent & Culture Collaboratory at BHSH and various other senior leadership positions focused on human resources and organizational development within healthcare systems. Dr. Tirado-Kellenberger holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor's in Foreign Languages and Literature from Marquette University.
