Sanwali Sood is the Head of HR at Positive Moves. Sanwali has over four years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with airtel since November 2017. In their role as HR Head - NCR, they have been responsible for managing end to end PMS for airtel's entire Retail Operations (~850 associates).

In addition to their experience in HR, Sanwali has also conducted bi-annual follow-up manpower review meetings to identify pipeline for critical positions, rolled out career development discussions for HiPos in Operations, and led internal Assessment Centre for identification of Market Manager – Operations. Sanwali has also conducted Development Centre for team of Loss Prevention associates, and launched Udaan - a development program for nominated Store Managers –SF and Department Managers to prepare them for the next level.

Sanwali is also responsible for manpower planning for store management – to ensure people cost as well as manpower availability is maintained. Sanwali has worked closely with Operations on AOP numbers for Small Format stores and Compact Hypermarket stores, thereby ensuring reduction in wage cost. Furthermore, they have established the new Ethics Process for Bharti Retail in consultation with Ombuds office, and partnered with all stakeholders to ensure rollout of easyday stores as per People PERT.

Sanwali Sood has a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon, India. Sanwali also has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
