Joe Parker

Joe Parker has a diverse range of work experience. Joe began their career in the US Army as a Captain, leading cross-functional teams and conducting counter-terrorism operations. After leaving the military, they joined USAA, where they held various roles such as Head of ETF Capital Markets, Chief of Staff for the Asset Management Company, and Business Development Manager. During their time at USAA, they were responsible for product management, strategic planning, and implementing new processes and products. In 2020, they joined Amazon as a Senior Manager in Selling Partner Support. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Positive Sum.

Joe Parker has a Master of Science degree in Technology from the Texas McCombs School of Business, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Joe also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas Christian University, acquired from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance/Supply Chain from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
