Dung Tran

Dung Tran has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Dung started their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Seagate Supplier Greystone Data Systems Vietnam Co., Ltd in 2012. Dung then transitioned to the role of Business Support Analyst at the same company, where they worked until 2015.

In 2015, Dung joined DXC Technology as a Technical Support Analyst, providing technical assistance and coding solutions for stakeholders. After a year, in 2016, they moved on to Easy Credit Vietnam as an IT Business Analyst. In this role, they managed business logic, designed APIs and databases, and provided business solutions and consultation. Dung worked at Easy Credit Vietnam until 2018.

From 2018 to 2019, Dung worked at VNG Corporation as an Assistant Product Manager, conducting market research and coordinating product development for cloud computing-based products. Dung then joined WECHEER as a Senior Business Analyst cum Product Owner, where they conducted user research, proposed tool improvements, and enhanced AI products for fraud prevention.

Most recently, Dung joined Positive Thinking Company APAC in 2019. Dung held the roles of Senior Product Owner and Product Manager at Viator - in partnership with PTC. Their responsibilities included developing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the product development lifecycle, and releasing products.

Overall, Dung Tran has gained expertise in product management, business analysis, technical support, and quality assurance throughout their work experience.

Dung Tran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vietnam Aviation Academy, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Dung has obtained multiple certifications including The Product Management for AI & Data Science - Certificate of Completion from Udemy in December 2022, Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in August 2021, Oracle Certified Associate Java SE 7 Programmer from Oracle in March 2016, Scrum Master accredited certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in March 2016, and Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) from IIBA in December 2019.
