Ly la

Ly La has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. They started their career at ILA Vietnam, where they worked as a Program Advisor. Their responsibilities included customer consultations, problem-solving, marketing duties, and office administration tasks. In 2017, Ly La joined HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management as a Personal Banker. They then moved on to Nexus FrontierTech in 2018, where they held roles as a Project Manager and later as a Project Manager Team Lead. Their responsibilities at Nexus FrontierTech included overseeing project managers, tracking project status, optimizing processes, and creating training modules. Currently, Ly La is working at Positive Thinking Company APAC as a Project Management Officer, providing project management, planning, and implementation services.

Ly La completed a Bachelor's Degree in Language Interpretation and Translation with a specialization in English from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. In August 2020, Ly La obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
