Adrienne MacHado

Adrienne Machado is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Positively Partners since August 2019, Adrienne previously held multiple roles at CharterCARE Health Partners from December 2012 to July 2019, including Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing HR operations for over 600 employees across two hospital campuses. Earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Hebrew SeniorLife, where support was provided to approximately 500 staff, and as Center Human Resources Manager at Genesis HealthCare, managing HR processes for a 190-employee skilled nursing facility.
