Tajana Varunek

Tajana Varunek is an experienced project manager and business consultant with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Poslovna Inteligencija since September 2020, Tajana excels in project and risk management, client communication, and project delivery using agile and waterfall methodologies. Prior to this role, Tajana owned and instructed at Dance Studio Suavecita, and worked as a Business Consultant at InSky Solutions, focusing on project management, client requirements analysis, and software architecture. Tajana also held the CTO position at Novemo, overseeing project and team management, and has extensive experience as a software developer at S&T Hrvatska and Sial, where foundational programming skills were developed. Tajana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Zagreb.
