Anne-Marie Hearne has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Anne-Marie'smost recent role was as the Head of Learning for a transformation project at Post Office Ltd, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director at Sprint Learning and Talent from July to October 2021. Anne-Marie has also held interim positions as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant at Arqiva from November 2020 to June 2021, and as a Learning Transformation Consultant at bp from January to November 2020.
Before their interim roles, Anne-Marie worked as an Interim Senior Talent and Learning Consultant at Cairngorm Capital Partners LLP, caring for a family member on sabbatical from October 2018 to January 2019. Anne-Marie has also held positions as the Head of Talent, Learning and Development at Next Ltd from September 2016 to October 2018, and as the Head of Learning and Development at Domino's Pizza Group Limited from March 2015 to September 2016. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Learning and Development Global Business Lead at Kingfisher plc from May 2014 to February 2015, and as a Manager of Learning and Development with National remit at B&Q from May 2013 to May 2014.
Anne-Marie Hearne MCIPD MCMI attended Chesham Grammar School. Anne-Marie obtained additional certifications in Total SDI from SDI in 2017, Swift Occupational Ability and Wave Occupational Personality trained (A & B) in 2016 from Saville Assessment, a Willis Towers Watson Company, CIPD- level 5 in Learning and Development in 2011 from CIPD Qualifications, and Coaching from City & Guilds in 2011.
