Bav Chauhan

Bav Chauhan has a diverse work experience in digital delivery and operations. They started their career as an IT Applications Support Analyst at HealthCare International Group in 2014 before moving on to IT Applications Supplier Manager. In 2015, Bav joined David Lloyd Leisure and held various roles including Digital Project Manager, Digital Product Owner, and Digital Delivery Manager. During this time, Bav led successful digital transformation initiatives, managed teams, and achieved impressive results such as high app store ratings and revenue generation. Currently, Bav is the Head of Digital Delivery & Operations at Post Office Ltd, where they are responsible for overseeing digital projects and operations.

Bav Chauhan attended Birmingham City University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained an Upper Second-Class Honours degree in Business & Information Technology. Bav also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2020.
