Helena Eccles

Helena Eccles is a Strategic Advisor at Optum, collaborating with the Executive Team on long-term strategic projects centered on acquisition, UK, and international strategy since November 2023. Concurrently, Helena serves as Senior Transformation Manager at Post Office Ltd, focusing on digital transformation initiatives appointed by the Chief Digital and Information Officer. Previously, Helena was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from February 2018 to September 2023, leading client project delivery and managing a cross-functional team to develop a significant digital public service. Prior to McKinsey, Helena founded Think Future, a study analyzing the career perceptions of young people, and held various roles in project coordination and mentorship. Helena holds a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge and has a strong background in working across diverse sectors.
