Črtomir Časar

Črtomir Časar is the Managing Director and Founder of Business Valuation Finance Group since August 2014, specializing in financial advisory and business valuation for diverse purposes, including court of justice expertise, turn-around management, and credit rating assessment. Additionally, Črtomir serves as an Expert Associate on the Supervisory Board of Pošta Slovenije and previously held the position of Head of Credit Risk Management Division at Addiko Bank Slovenija, where responsibilities included credit risk management and financial analysis. Črtomir's extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic development, and private equity investments is supported by qualifications as a Certified Business Valuator and a court of justice expert in business valuation. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Ljubljana and registration as a certified business appraiser at the Slovenian Institute of Auditors. Črtomir is a member of The Slovenian Directors' Association and maintains involvement with the Ministry of Justice.
