Jie Chai

Jie Chai is the Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel and provides support for the public company reporting, securities laws compliance, capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Chai worked at Sidley Austin LLP and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP as a corporate associate. Mr. Chai graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 2013.
