Gergana Nikolova

Gergana Nikolova is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service design, management, and technical support across various telecommunications companies. Currently serving as the Unit Lead IT Service Design and Management in the IT Governance & Organosis Department at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD), Gergana is responsible for configuring Jira workflows and overseeing IT Service Management processes to meet the bank's requirements. Prior experience includes leadership roles at VIVACOM and Alcatel-Lucent, where Gergana successfully managed technical support teams, implemented software and hardware solutions, and coordinated responses to network incidents. Gergana holds a Master's Degree in Radio Communication and Technology from Technical University Sofia and a specialist degree from Technical School Sofia "TSE A.S. Popov."
