Siana Nikolova

Siana Nikolova, CFA, has over a decade of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Manager of the Asset Liability Management (ALM) department and Capital Markets at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) since May 2010. In this role, Siana provides advisory functions to the Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO), oversees the strategic management of bank reserves and bond portfolios, manages daily liquidity and balance sheet mismatches, and develops the bank's deposit and funding strategies. Prior to this position, Siana held multiple roles within Postbank, including Head of the Financial Institutions section and Chief Expert in Analysis and Reporting for Capital Markets. Siana's educational background includes a Master's degree in Insurance and Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Planning from UNWE Sofia, as well as language studies at the Language School Kiril i Metodi in Sofia.
