Michael A. Russak

Michael A. Russak, Jr. CPA has a solid work experience in the field of tax, starting as a Tax Manager at EY in 1988. Michael A. then transitioned to UBM plc, where they served as a Senior Tax Manager and later as Vice President Tax from 1996 to 2018. Subsequently, they joined Intrado as the Senior Vice President Tax, and eventually took on the role of Treasurer and Senior Vice President - Tax in 2023.

Michael A. Russak, Jr. CPA holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY, and a Master's Degree in Taxation from Fordham University.
