Liv Fiksdahl

Liv Fiksdahl is a business executive with 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Liv is currently the Director at Posten Norge, and has previously held positions at Arion banki, Nille AS, Posten Norge AS, SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, and DNB.

Liv Fiksdahl began their career as a Vice President at Capgemini Norge AS in 1998. Liv then moved to Gjensidige NOR Sparebank, where they served as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Support Division from 1998 to 2003. In 2003, they joined DNB, where they served as Group Executive Vice President/COO/CIO from 2013 to 2018.

Liv Fiksdahl has a proven track record of successful leadership and project management. Liv successfully delivered the biggest IT project in the Nordic history when data centre operations were moved and consolidated, and offshored major parts of the IT operations to external vendors. Under their leadership, the IT & Operations unit at DNB grew to become one of the largest and most successful in the Nordic region.

Liv Fiksdahl is a respected leader in the IT industry, and is known for their dedication to their work and their commitment to delivering results. Liv is a strong advocate for innovation and continuous improvement, and has been instrumental in driving change within the organisations they have worked for.

Liv Fiksdahl's educational career includes completing an advanced management program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as programs on innovative technology leadership, big data, and design thinking at Stanford University. Liv has also completed an international directors program at INSEAD and an English for Management course at BI Norwegian Business School.
