Umair Butt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Umair started their career at TRG - The Resource Group in 2007, where they worked in various roles such as Customer Support, Quality Assurance Department, Compliance Management, and later as a Business Analyst/Technical Writer/Account Manager. In this organization, Umair handled ZonG Telco operations and supervised a team, achieving excellent output through efficient processes. Umair also managed international and domestic clients in the IT sector, showcasing strong knowledge of IT structures and management systems. In 2019, Umair joined B4U Cabs as the Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing the company's operations. Umair later became an Entrepreneur at ALS - Acoustics Learning Studio in the same year.
