Ralf Richert

Ralf Richert has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different industries. Ralf started their career at PostFinance in 2001 as a Senior Project Manager CRM, where they worked until 2007. After that, they joined BKW FMB Energie AG as the Head of Sustainability and Corporate Developer for four years. Ralf then worked at GASAG-Gruppe as a Senior Project Manager M&A and Inhouse Consultant from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Head of Strategy at NBB Netzgesellschaft Berlin-Brandenburg mbH & Co. KG. Ralf Richert also had teaching roles at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin as a University Lecturer in Project Management from 2013 to 2014, and at Berner Fachhochschule BFH as a Member of the Board of Advisors and University Lecturer in Agile Project Management from 2018 to 2020. In 2014, they returned to PostFinance and held various positions such as Head of Distribution Development and Head of Retail Services & Projects until 2021.
