Allyson Yamashita

Allyson Yamashita currently serves as a People Business Partner for GTM at Postman, beginning in September 2023. Prior to this role, Allyson was Head of People at Cyberhaven from July 2021 to August 2023, and held the position of People Business Partner for Global Sales at Nutanix from October 2015 until 2021, where responsibilities included advising on leadership development and managing various HR initiatives. Additionally, Allyson has experience as a People Operations Representative at Nutanix, focusing on HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, and worked as an HR Generalist at IDEC USA. The career began as a Head Teacher at CCLC Families @ First Cisco from 2010 to 2014. Allyson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
