Michael Saxton

Michael Saxton has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Supervisor of Athletic Activities at The Boys & Girls Club of Albany New York, where they coached martial arts and gymnastics programs for children and teens. In 2009, they founded Goddesses Media & Digital Media Performing Arts, a creative arts company focused on live-action stage performances based on digital media. Michael served as the CEO and Founder, promoting positive representation of cosplay, geek, and nerd culture while supporting the LGBT community.

Additionally, Saxton worked in various roles at different companies. Michael was an Events Planner at Microsoft from November 2013 to June 2014, where they organized video gaming promotional events and managed social media pages. Michael also worked as a Sales Advisor/Translator at Pier 1 Imports from February 2010 to July 2012, assisting customers and utilizing Mandarin linguistic skills. Saxton has experience in the tech field, working as a (3rd Party) Tech Support/Graphic Designer at PostNet from August 2010 and as an Actor/Stuntman at the Motion Capture Society from January 2015.

Furthermore, Saxton has a background in coaching and instruction. Michael was a Competitive Gymnastics & Acrobatic Coach at Twisters Sports from May 2012 to February 2013, where they taught tumbling and acrobatics to youth, teens, and adults. Michael also worked as an Acrobatics & Gymnastics Instructor at Vega's Integrated Tumbling from January 2010 to May 2012, coaching structured and private classes.

Michael Saxton earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. Michael then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Theater/Performing Arts and Asian Studies at the University at Albany, SUNY from 2006 to 2008.
