Rick van Benten

Rick van Benten has extensive work experience in digital transformation and management. Rick currently holds the position of Sr. Digital Transformation Manager and Lead Digital Strategy & Transformation at PostNL since May 2023. Previously, Rick worked at VodafoneZiggo as a Digital Transformation Manager and Lead Agile Center of Excellence from February 2019 to May 2023. Before that, they were employed at Towson Nederland BV as a Manager Transformation, Business Consultant, Coach, and Trainer from May 2016 to January 2019. Rick also worked at First Consulting as a Manager, Project- & Programma Manager, and Business Consultant from October 2011 to May 2016. Additionally, they gained experience as a Docent Commerciele Economie & Rechten at Hogeschool Leiden from August 2009 to August 2011.
