Some of their notable roles include Technical Lead Customer Journey Team at PostNL, Solution Consultant at Salesforce, PMO/Business & Proces Analist at Pure! In 2016, they attended the Center for Creative Leadership for a course on driving results through innovation leadership. Additionally, Ruud has acquired various certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials, Scaled Agile Framework, and Prince2 Foundation, among others. Ruud also has certifications in financial industry-related subjects, such as WFT Basis, WFT Levensverzekeringen + Beleggingen, WFT Pensioenverzekeringen, and WFT Vermogen PE+. More recently, they obtained certifications in Foundational Analytics Program + Datacamp and Introduction to Python in 2022.
