Annie Truesdale, PHR

Annie Truesdale, PHR has over 16 years of professional experience in human resources, project management, and account management. Annie began their career in 2005 as a DreamWorks Representative at Terry Hines and Associates. Annie then moved on to Fabrication Technologies Industries, Inc. as an Account/Project Manager. In 2009, they became a Program Coordinator at San Diego State University and volunteered at Make-A-Wish in 2010. In 2011, they joined KEVTA Fire Systems, Inc. as Manager of HR, Corporate Culture and Wellness. In 2015, they became Manager, Human Resources at Organovo Holdings, Inc. and later became a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2021, they joined Milestone Technologies, Inc. as People Experience and Postscript as Human Resources Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for building and scaling world-class HR operations for everything from onboarding and compensation to benefits administration and compliance.

Annie Truesdale, PHR, has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Washington, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Annie also holds a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management from UC San Diego, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. In addition, they hold certifications from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in July 2015, and the Everything DiSC Workplace Certification.
