Meghan Petzko has been working in the customer service and experience field since 2006. Meghan began their career as a Senior Concierge/Lifestyle Coordinator/Dining Account Manager at Circles North America in 2006. In 2008, they became a Personal Executive Assistant at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. In 2013, they became a Customer Relations Coordinator at Convergys. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Technical Advisor at Apple, where they earned a ranking in the top 5% and achieved a 94% customer satisfaction score, earning the 2017 and 2021 AppleCare Excellence Award. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Postscript as a Customer Experience Advocate and then as a Customer Experience Advocate 2, where they played a vital role as a member of a four-person billing team and assisted in training, shadowing, and mentoring of new CXAs and CSMs.
Meghan Petzko completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BSBA in Marketing from Northeastern University in 2004. In October 2021, they obtained their SMS Marketing Certification from Postscript.
