Shivam Shah

Shivam Shah has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a role as Junior Business Analyst at Superior Plus Energy Services from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Merchandise and Apparel Director at the School of Business and Economics Students' Society, where they successfully reduced costs and increased customer acquisition rate. From 2014 to 2017, they held multiple roles at Vena Solutions, including Senior Manager of CX Operations, Customer Experience Operations Manager, and Customer Success Operations Specialist. During this time, they collaborated with various functional leads to identify and target key reporting areas, and managed data collection and cleanliness. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Director of Revenue Operations at FlexPay. Most recently, they have been the Director of Revenue Operations at Postscript since 2022.

Shivam Shah completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Applied Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2010 to 2014. Shivam then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in International Economics and Finance from Ryerson University from 2014 to 2015.
