Dhawal Gusain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content operations, strategy, and business development. Currently serving as the Reimagining Post-Production lead at Postudio since January 2023, Dhawal previously worked at Disney+ Hotstar as EVP - Head of Content Ops, Insights & New Initiatives, focusing on content operations and insights for streaming services in developing countries. As CEO and Board Member of The Viral Fever from 2015 to 2020, Dhawal managed a diverse team, delivered notable series, and secured partnerships with over 200 brands and OTT platforms. Prior to that, Dhawal held key roles in strategy and business development at DropThought Inc and Booz & Company, and began a career in product development at Unilever. Dhawal holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B-Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
