Laura Worcester Schmorrow

Laura Worcester Schmorrow currently serves as a Senior Fellow and Vice President for Program Development and Execution at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, overseeing planning, analysis, management, and integration of science and technology programs. Prior experience includes serving as the Deputy for Programming, Planning, and Operations at the Office of Naval Research, where responsibilities included budgeting, planning, and operations for the Expeditionary Maneuver Warfare and Combating Terrorism S&T Department. Earlier roles involved directing the Human-Technology Integration Assessment Center at the Potomac Institute, project management for DARPA's Warfighting Simulation Program at Advanced Telecommunications, and program support for the Marine Corps’ Maritime Prepositioning Force at DBA, Inc. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from American University and continuing education in Constitutional Law and Terrorism Studies from The George Washington University.
