Kelly LaRue SHRM-CP

Kelly LaRue SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience. Kelly began their career in 2012 as an Office Assistant at Huntington Power Equipment. In 2014, they held the role of Human Resources Intern at O'Connell Care at Home and Community Development Intern at Noble Hospital. In 2016, they were an Associate Service Specialist at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. and a Development Intern at Center for Human Development (CHD). From 2013-2016, they were a Business Department Graduate Fellow, Wellness Supervisor and Tutor at Springfield College. In 2018, they were an HR Assistant at Dynata. From 2019-2021, they were an HR Generalist and HR Assistant at Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. and is currently an HR Director at POTOO®.

Kelly LaRue SHRM-CP obtained their education history in the following order: in 2007 they graduated from Shelton High School. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Springfield College, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration/Business Administration. In 2015, they returned to Springfield College and completed their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General in 2016. In addition, Kelly has obtained four certifications: Mastering Self-Leadership from LinkedIn in October 2020, Driving Workplace Happiness from LinkedIn in August 2020, CPR, and First Aid.
