Kelly Stanton

Kelly Stanton is a Sr. Data Scientist at Potrero Medical and a Visiting Scientist at Yale University. Kelly also works as a CoFounder and Postdoctoral Associate at Seqhub Analytics, specializing in genomics and general data science analytics consulting. With previous experience in bioinformatics and software engineering, Kelly has a strong background in deep learning, scRNA-seq, and designing java-based software for analysis of micro-array data. Kelly holds a PhD in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from Yale University, and a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
