Tzu-Yuan Huang

Tzu-Yuan Huang is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as the PCN BU HR Director at Pou Chen Group since January 2015, Tzu-Yuan Huang has led various pilot projects focused on talent management and organizational renewal. Prior to this role, Tzu-Yuan Huang worked as the HR Department Head at 友達光電, overseeing human resources at factories in Kunshan and Wujiang, and as the HR Section Manager at Wintek India Pvt., where Tzu-Yuan Huang established HR policies for a new factory. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior HR Specialist at China Motor Corporation, where Tzu-Yuan Huang played a key role in designing training plans aligned with business goals. Tzu-Yuan Huang holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Central University.
