Kali Bechtold, MPH, MBA has a diverse background in public health, strategy, and design. Kali has held various roles, including Director of Strategy and Experience Design at UCHealth, Human Centered Designer at KPMG, and Lecturer in Design Thinking at Yale School of Public Health. Kali has experience in program development, leadership initiatives, and capacity building in healthcare organizations globally, along with roles such as Flying Eye Hospital Program Manager at Orbis International and Health Programme Director at Keiskamma Trust. With a strong emphasis on public health and design thinking, Kali's work spans across teaching, program management, and strategic planning.
Kali Bechtold holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Politics from the University of Puget Sound, earned in 2009. Kali then went on to obtain a Master of Public Health and a Public Health Economics Certificate from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, as well as a Master of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, both completed in 2016. In 2019, they also received a Mastering Design Thinking Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
