Michael Randle

CEO, UCHealth Medical Group at UCHealth

Michael Randle, MD was appointed chief executive officer of UCHealth Medical Group in July 2017. Dr. Randle has also served as the chief medical officer since 2012. Prior to this role, Dr. Randle was co-medical director, Greeley region in 2010 and served as chief quality officer in 2011 for UCHealth Medical Group.

Dr. Randle has served on a number of boards and committees in the northern Colorado community including the Poudre Valley Health System physician development committee in 2008. He has served on the UCHealth Medical Group board of directors since 2010.

Dr. Randle’s clinical experience began in 1989 at Southwest Medical Associates in New Mexico, where he spent ten years before working two years at Lovelace Health System. He joined Greeley Medical Clinic in 2001, with an emphasis in internal medicine, where he practiced until 2012.

He is board-certified in internal medicine, forensic examiners and forensic medicine and is a fellow with the American College of Physicians. Dr. Randle was named in 2004-2014 as one of “America’s Top Physicians.”

Dr. Randle graduated magna cum laude with a degree in chemistry from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. He received his medical degree from Southwestern Medical School, University of Texas in Dallas, Texas. He served his internship and residency in internal medicine at University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, and in 1988 was named chief medical resident.
