Perry Richardson

Perry Richardson is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in human resources and organizational development within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at UCHealth, Perry Richardson supports the workforce at two hospitals, ensuring they provide exceptional care. Prior roles include Director of Talent and Organizational Development and Manager of Organizational Development, where responsibilities encompassed talent growth and managing e-learning initiatives during a significant organizational transition. Earlier experience includes e-learning consulting, training for ARINC's SkyBuy system, and establishing the eLearning program at Frontier Airlines. Perry Richardson holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Training from the University of Denver, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia, and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Young Harris College.
