Rick Redetzke

Rick Redetzke, FACHE has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, serving as VP of Facilities, Design & Construction at UCHealth since 2021. Prior to that, they held leadership roles at SSM Health and Corewell Health, focusing on facilities and real estate management. Rick also has a background in project management and construction, having worked at ERDMAN, The Boldt Company, and Redetzke Construction Inc. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in software programming at Accenture.

Rick Redetzke, FACHE obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in the years 1989 to 1994. Rick also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western Michigan University between 2015 and 2017. In addition, they hold certifications as a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) from the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) and as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
