Rachel Stein

Rachel Stein has a diverse work experience in various industries. Most recently, they worked as a Business Development professional at Pow.bio, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Research Associate II at Zymergen, Inc. from January 2019 to November 2021.

Rachel also has experience in the wine industry. Rachel worked as a Cellar Worker/Lab Intern at Cakebread Cellars from March 2017 to January 2019. Before that, they were a Harvest Intern: Vineyard Monitoring & Grower Relations at Constellation Brands from May 2016 to October 2016.

Earlier in their career, Rachel held roles such as Customer Service/Logistics at The Rare Wine Co. from March 2013 to May 2016 and Wine and Spirits Consultant at Blackwell's Wines and Spirits from January 2012 to February 2013.

Rachel also has experience as a Harvest Intern at Patz & Hall Wine Company from September 2011 to November 2011 and as a Winemaking Intern at Somerston Wine Company from September 2010 to December 2010.

Rachel Stein has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from SUNY Geneseo. Rachel attended Napa Valley College from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Viticulture and Enology. Additionally, in 2008, they briefly studied Viticulture and Enology at L'Institut Agro Montpellier.
