Dan Saenz

Dan Saenz has over 22 years of experience in the field of HCM. Dan started their career as a Consultant at EY in 1998 and then worked as a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint from 2000 to 2002. Dan then joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant from 2003 to 2004 before moving to Xcelicor as a Senior Consultant from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they became a Senior Business System Analyst at Powell Industries, where they led the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle 12.1.3 for Powell's divisions in the US, UK, and Canada. Dan later took on roles as a Business System Manager and IT Director at Powell Industries, where they improved processes and systems related to access reviews, finance, human capital, and procurement.

Dan Saenz received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they pursued Computer Science at Mount St. Mary's University from 1994 to 1995.
