John Anthony Vergis

John Anthony Vergis is a Senior Engineering Technical Specialist at Powell since January 2006, specializing in the design of traction power equipment, including protection, control, and metering systems. In addition to this role, John serves as an Application Review Engineer at Powell Electrical Systems, Inc. since December 2014, focusing on AC and DC switchgear, protective relaying, traction power, and petrochemical applications. John has also held the position of Application Engineer at Powell Industries since 2005. John completed studies at Kent State University from 1985 to 1998.
