Sara Belfry

Sara Belfry has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sara is currently working as a Vice President at Powell Tate since November 2021. Prior to that, they were employed at UnitedHealthcare as the Associate Director of External Communications - Government Programs from March 2019 to November 2021. Sara also worked at Hickam Public Affairs as the Director of Communications from February 2016 to March 2019. Sara has prior experience as the Director of Communications for the Kansas Department of Health and Environment from March 2014 to February 2016. Sara also served as the Deputy Director of Communications for the Office of Governor Sam Brownback from 2012 to 2014, the Director of Public Affairs for the Kansas Department on Aging from 2011 to 2012, and as a Legislative Aide for the Kansas Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2011. Sara'searliest work experience was as a Production Manager at Digital Evidence Group from 2007 to 2008.

Sara Belfry obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Kansas.
