Álvaro de la Herrán Martín has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Álvaro started their career in 2015 as a Marketing Assistant at TECNOBRAU, where they were responsible for creating marketing plans, organizing events, and managing the sales team. In 2018, Álvaro joined ad pepper media Spain as a Paid Media Assistant, and later became a Paid Media Executive. In this role, they managed large accounts on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Outbrain, and Taboola. Álvaro focused on optimizing campaigns and achieving a low cost per lead (CPL). In 2022, Álvaro worked as an SEM & Paid Social Media Planner at Digital Group - Agencia de Medios. Currently, they are working as a Responsable de Captación Digital - Lead Generation at POWEN.

Álvaro de la Herrán Martín has a strong educational background in marketing and digital marketing. Álvaro completed a Marketing Degree and an Advertising and Public Relations Degree at ESIC Business & Marketing School from 2012 to 2017.
