***This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.

A day in the life:

  • The Content Producer serves as the liaison between all stages of TikTok creative content production: bringing to life a creative vision that both serves the client’s brand as well as the account’s performance strategy. They should have a comprehensive understanding of direct response paid social creative best practices, video and photography production, copywriting, design, and post-production. The Content Producer knows how to interpret a client’s brand and product and translate it into a winning TikTok Video Creative and production roadmap. They are passionate about TikTok and confident in their ability to innovate within the platform. 

Responsibilities:

  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
  • Serves as the creative lead for 6 or more TikTok accounts and 50 or more videos a month
  • Works closely with the Paid Strategist to build strong Creative Ad formulas and creative roadmaps
  • Ensures a test strategy and hypothesis is implemented into the videos creatives and makes creative decisions for next ad deliveries based on performance learnings.
  • Script and produce strategic, consumer-centric TikTok videos.
  • Kicks off pre-production and communicates concepts to the Content Creators involved.
  • Is available to speak to the talent and production team in technical terms.
  • Reviews and provides clear and actionable feedback to the Content Creators, and Editors.

Role Requirements:

  • 3 years of video experience
  • 2 years of relevant direct-response advertising experience
  • Understanding of TikTok platform

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Hit $23k in RPE
  • Below 10% Client Churn Rate
  • Range of the number of accounts 8-10

Most Important Things (MITs)

  • Deliver high-quality content during design through all phases of marketing projects
  • Delivering each stage of the creative process on time, within the projected timeline
  • Drive ideation, strategy & implementation of TikTok content creation
