Jessica Gold is a seasoned professional in the field of people and culture, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture EMEA at Power Factors since April 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica held leadership positions at Greenbyte, where responsibilities included Head of People & Culture and HR Manager, further enhancing expertise in human resource management. Jessica's diverse experience includes roles such as Finance & Corporate Responsibility Associate at Findwise AB and Project Manager for various initiatives focused on sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, as well as dual Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Science and Business Administration with a specialization in Sustainable Business from the same institution. Jessica's commitment to sustainability is also reflected in board membership with VästanVind, which prioritizes climate smart electricity production.
