Research Manager at Power for All

Agustin Carbo has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2014, they worked as an Intern at Duke Energy Corporation and also served as a Teaching Assistant at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. At the latter role, they assisted in Statistics course. From 2016 to 2018, Agustin worked as a Research Assistant at FIEL, focusing on topics like Labor Market, Poverty, Indigence, Income Distribution, and the External Sector.

In 2020, they briefly worked as a Business Consultant at CAPyME - Cámara Argentina de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa. Later that year, they joined CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina as an Economic Development Consultant, where they conducted research on the electricity market and trade in Latin America. Agustin co-authored chapter 5 of RED 2021 during their time there.

In 2019, Agustin served as an Economic Development Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, where they conducted impact evaluation of a training program for children in socially vulnerable contexts. Agustin joined Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires in 2021 as an Assistant Professor, focusing on research within the framework of the inclusive productivity project.

Currently, Agustin Carbo is working as a Research Manager at Power for All, starting from June 2022.

Agustin Carbo obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the Universidad de 'San Andrés' in the academic years 2019-2020. Prior to that, they completed their Grado degree in Economía from the University of Buenos Aires, where they were enrolled from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, Agustin Carbo obtained a certification in Social and Behavioral Research Investigators from the CITI Program in July 2021.
