Steve McCondichie

Steve McCondichie is an experienced executive with a strong background in real estate and management. Since April 2021, Steve has served as the General Manager of National Accounts at Power Motive Corporation. Prior to this, Steve was the Managing Partner at SMCC Capital from July 2012 to June 2023, specializing in hard money rehab loans and non-performing notes. Steve also held the position of CEO at McCondichie Properties Management Inc. from 2000 to June 2023, overseeing a private real estate partnership. Additional experience includes managing roles at SMCC Homes, Tractor & Equipment Company, and Komatsu Construction. Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University, completing studies in 1985.
