Mike Dunlap

Mike Dunlap has over twenty years of experience in the manufacturing and warehouse industry. Mike began their career in 1998 as a Warehouse Supervisor in the US Army. In 2006, they joined High Voltage Supply as a Warehouse Manager, where they reduced inventory value from $4 million to $3.2 million in the first year and increased inventory accuracy from 80% to 95%. Mike then moved to Prolec-GE Waukesha, Inc. in 2009, where they held the role of Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and hiring new employees, utilizing spreadsheets and access databases to communicate current status of day-to-day production/operations status to management team, leading a safety committee team, providing monthly safety training, and managing building maintenance and upkeep. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Power Partners as the Director of Manufacturing.

Mike Dunlap obtained a Bachelor's degree in Supply Logistics from the University of Phoenix between 2006 and 2011.
